Reed Grafke

Reed Grafke is an international businessman, respected advisor, and a public speaker in very high demand. Reed and his wife Monette reside in Southlake, Texas and are happily married. They are also involved in ventures ranging from ministry, to charity, to several business interests.

Reed Grafke works as Vice President of Marketing for Halek Energy facilitating investment projects for individual and institutional partners. He also directs a consulting and management company called OneStep Inc., a real estate company called Ascent Development Team, and a non-profit organization called Team Kairos Foundation. His wife Monette is a corporate pilot for Jet Direct and a teacher that specializes in working with special-needs kids.
Grafke's passion is to facilitate charity-driven business ventures that help other individuals and influence society by utilizing his background in business administration, non-profit management, and public speaking.

A veteran businessman and minister working all over the world, Grafke has taught, trained, and mentored people in various cultures around the world. He has gained audience with numerous Heads of State around the world because of his notable work with a number of charities. His experiences in life have given him a lot to talk about when addressing the business seminars and conferences he is invited to speak at all over the world. Today, Reed Grafke and his wife serve on a number of for-profit and non-profit Boards of Directors, and both are leaders at their local church. Excellence, generosity, and integrity are core values to Reed and Monette Grafke—they try to emphasize these values in all aspects of the projects they participate in. Living generously is the mission statement of Reed and Monette Grafke, but they also enjoy missions works, hospitality, flying, scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and other adventuresome activities.
